Home Use: $20
Licensed for personal, home use only. Any screening of the DVD outside a home is prohibited and a violation of copyright law.
House Party Screening: $35
Licensed for free screenings of 1-25 people in a home.
Non-Profit and Community Organizations: $59
Licensed for non-profit organizations and community groups hosting free screenings and for in-house organizational use.
Public Libraries and K-12 Schools: $59
Licensed for classroom use in K-12 schools, for use in a public library or school’s lending library. Includes public performance rights where no admission is charged.
Colleges, Universities, Government Agencies and Businesses: $195
Licensed for classroom use and free on-campus screenings in a college or university, for use in the institution’s lending library, and for in-house use and free screenings by government agencies and businesses.
Paid Admission Community Screening: $125
Licensed to host one public screening for up to 100 people where admission is charged. After the screening, the organization may keep the DVD for internal use only.

Purchase Orders
Only educational institutions, libraries, and government agencies may submit a purchase order. All others must order online with a credit card or pre-pay with a check or money order using the order form. To purchase the DVD with a purchase order, you must mail an authorized purchase order to the address above with the contact information for your accounting or purchase order department.
Sales Tax
Maryland residents are charged 6 percent sales tax. If your organization is located in Maryland and is tax-exempt, please provide documentation with your tax-exempt number.
United States Shipping
There is a $6.00 shipping and handling fee for the first DVD and $2.00 for each additional DVD per order.
Canada and International Shipping
There is a $15.00 shipping and handling fee for the first DVD and $4.00 for each additional DVD per order. The customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes and duties.
Returns Policy
All purchases are final, except in the case of a damaged disc, which will be replaced after the damaged disc is returned. Damaged discs must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Public Performance Rights
A public performance is any showing of the DVD which occurs outside the home, such as in a school, library, or community center. The public performance license is for unlimited non-theatrical, non-commercial, non-broadcast, single-site use via direct projection only. Admission may not be charged.
Rights and Restrictions
Labyrinth Journeys is fully protected by U.S. copyright laws. Labyrinth Journeys may not be duplicated, reproduced, digitized, altered or transferred to any other medium or format. It may not be broadcast, transmitted by cable, closed-circuit television, satellite or on any multi-receiver system. Labyrinth Journeys may not be shown on the Internet. With the exception of public libraries lending programs to their authorized cardholders and schools lending programs to students, the customer shall not sublicense, sublease, rent, sell or otherwise part with the possession of the DVD Labyrinth Journeys.
